Dining in NYC Fashion District The Strand restaurant inside the newly opened Strand Hotel is the Fashion District’s hottest trend! Renowned Chef Kelvin Fernandez has created a menu that reflects the influences of his past, with an intuitive nod towards current, and evolving trends. As trends in the fashion industry are forever changing, there will always be those classic styles that remain timeless. Cuisine is very much the same way, and Chef Kelvin demonstrates this with his recent menu. |

Whimsical in design, The Strand restaurant features a variety of special places for unique experiences including a swing at the entrance to the lounge for those who want to indulge their inner child, a built-in bench attached to the fireplace for romantic fireside chats, and an exotic saltwater fish tank to watch the denizens of the deep! Step through the striking 10-foot tall French doors and into the 54-seat dining room, which features a retractable roof so guests can dine under the sun or stars during the warmer summer months. There is seasonal outdoor café seating as well. After dinner, we invite you to top of your evening with a stop at Top of the Strand located on the 21st floor roof-deck with stunning views of the Empire State and NYC skyline. It’s the perfect place for a nightcap after enjoying Chef Kelvin Fernandez's culinary mastery. |
